Individual Spiritual Direction
60 minutes | Hosted online
Spiritual direction offers a quiet space to pause and listen to your life. We typically meet once a month for a slow, reflective conversation rooted in trust, curiosity, and sacred attention.
This is not a space for fixing or advice-giving. Instead, I companion you with gentleness and care, noticing together how the Spirit might be moving in the questions, longings, and everyday moments of your life. We listen not for solutions, but for the sacred, trusting that something holy is always unfolding.
You are welcome to bring whatever is true for you—grief or joy, wonder or doubt, clarity or unknowing. As a trauma-informed guide, I hold space with compassion and spaciousness, honoring the pace and wisdom of your season.
Group Spiritual Direction
90–120 minutes | By inquiry
Group spiritual direction is a sacred space of shared listening and reflection with a small group of 2–3 others. Rooted in reverence and compassion, this circle invites each person to show up honestly and listen deeply for the Spirit, for one another, and for what is stirring within.
Rather than discussion or advice, we practice a slower more contemplative way of being together. Through silence, storytelling, and prayerful attention, the group becomes a mirror, a companion, and a place of gentle unfolding.
Groups typically meet monthly and are formed based on interest and availability. If you sense a longing to journey with others in this way, please reach out via email to explore upcoming opportunities.
In spiritual direction, I draw from a variety of rich traditions and practices that help us listen deeply for God’s movement. These include Ignatian spirituality, with its emphasis on imaginative prayer, discernment, and finding God in all things; Internal Family Systems (IFS), which offers a compassionate lens for exploring the inner landscape of our parts; and contemplative practices that create space for stillness, silence, and embodied presence. Whether through guided reflection, gentle noticing, or prayerful dialogue, these modalities help us attend to the Spirit’s invitations in the complexity of our lives.
