ABOUT ABBY
I’m a spiritual director grounded in the compassionate, evocative model of spiritual direction and trained by the Companioning Center. Drawing on the richness of the Christian tradition, I companion people from all walks of life—welcoming faith, doubt, diverse spiritual paths, and the creative ways we make meaning. My approach is trauma-informed and weaves together Ignatian spirituality, Internal Family Systems, contemplative practices, and creativity to help people notice God’s presence in the ordinary rhythms of life. I’m currently pursuing a doctoral degree in spirituality studies, deepening my call to accompany others through all seasons of the soul with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion.
