ABOUT ABBY
Hi, I’m Abby (she/her). I’m a spiritual director shaped by the compassionate, evocative model of spiritual direction and trained by the Companioning Center. Rooted in the richness of the Christian tradition, I love walking alongside people in the real places of their lives—places of faith and doubt, shifting beliefs, diverse spiritual paths, and all the creative ways we make meaning. My approach is trauma-informed and weaves together Ignatian spirituality, Internal Family Systems, contemplative practices, and creativity to help people notice sacred presence in the ordinary rhythms of life. I’m currently pursuing a doctoral degree in spirituality studies as I continue to deepen my call to accompany others through all seasons of the soul with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion.
